These terms cover booking and training with HER by Lorena at BOXR Gym in Miami. By booking a class you agree to them.
Booking and payment
Classes and packages are paid at the time of booking. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. Prices are shown on the site and may change over time.
Cancellations and reschedules
You can cancel or reschedule your own booking up until the cutoff shown when you book. Inside that window, text Coach and she'll take care of you. If HER cancels a class, any credit used is returned to your account automatically and you'll be notified.
Memberships
Memberships bill monthly and continue until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renew any time from your account and keep access until the paid period ends. There are no long-term contracts.
Programs
Digital programs are for your personal use. Please don't share, copy, or resell the videos or materials.
Training and your safety
Fitness activities carry risk. You participate voluntarily and confirm you are healthy enough to train. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first. HER is not liable for injury sustained during voluntary participation.
Refunds
If something isn't right with a booking or purchase, email her@herbylorena.com and we'll make it right.
