HER by Lorena ("HER," "we," "us") runs women's strength classes and training at BOXR Gym in Miami. This policy explains what we collect when you book with us and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book a class, buy a package, or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your booking details. If you buy a program, we keep a record of your purchase and your progress through it.
How we use it
We use your information to book you into classes, manage your account and memberships, and send you messages about your bookings.
Text messages
When you give us your phone number and book, you agree to receive your booking confirmation and a reminder before class by text. These are service messages about your own bookings, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. We never sell or share your phone number, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Opting out of texts does not affect your bookings; we will still reach you by email.
We email booking confirmations, reminders, login codes, and occasional updates about classes to the address you give us.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run HER: Stripe to process payments, and our email and text providers to deliver the messages you have asked for. That's it.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. To see, update, or delete the information we hold about you, email us at her@herbylorena.com.
